No likeness rights. I think CC wanted to get this produced and keep the price as low as they can.
If the head was magnetic that would leave open options for a custom head. I don't think CC really does a removable head if not needed. KING Conan had a fixed head and I think TG Arnold had a fixed head.

Chronicle staff member said they are trying to keep it under $900 so basically the lowest price for this is going to be that amount.
