Of the many, if not all comic artist, I have to say Perez is the one artist that has not only maintained the same level of quality over the years, but has enhanced his craft. Not a knock against others, but look at the decline in output from artist like John Byrne or even Neal Adams. They still have the stuff, but their panel layout and quality of pencils is just not the same In (and it is not the inkers...). Yes, craft does change over time, but in many cases it appears to decrease over time. I do not believe Perez's work has declined at all, especially in comparing to other artist.

Batman beats Cap! Period.

I'll agree with you though. Cap's villian's (with the exception of the Skull) are not the worst. Though Zemo is ill-tempered.
