They said it's gonna process on the 15th or something over the phone when I changed my flex charge to the 10th (for me it's gonna process last payment on the 10th).

Same here, got the arrival email a couple of days back, but no international shipping cost, and they haven't charged me or contacted me since.

I thought it a bit odd to get an arrival notice with only a single day's advance warning, as they usually give far greater notice than that. Maybe it was supposed to be arriving in 10 days, rather than 1 day, and they dropped the 0 somewhere along the line?

Just have to be patient I guess...

I've gotten quite a few notices of it's arrival and when to have funds available. The usual 3 to 4 notices. this is from November 9 "Your pre-order of the Judge Dredd Diorama - 1:4 Scale - Pop Culture Shock (9018431) will be arriving into our U.S. warehouse in approximately 25 days at which time we will charge your card for the item.
