No, no mate, all the old Mafia Threads are safe. I'm not sure on the last thread though to be a honest, a decision will be made I think. It's more just individual posts elsewhere. So you may see olf locked threads that now only have 8 or 9k posts in them

The cold reality is, a very large percentage of posts in the Mafia Threads for quite some time now have been the horse beating emoticon, or the drinking one, etc etc

Basically a TON of all that stuff is going to be removed. Even the most argumentative of you guys knows that they are pointless, they keep the thread on the New Posts list instead of other threads that are generating actual discussion, and well they are gonna go.

This isn't anything personal, you guys know that, but really what's the point of them? There's no nostalgic merit to going back and reading them, and unlike in the past where stuff has just disappeared, I'm taking on the Mod responsibilty of letting you guys know what's up

Please don't treat this post as an open invitation to argue for them to stay because the decision has been made. This is just me being a friend and letting you guys know where the posts have gone
