The fact that everyone with a problem is being offered the opportunity to be added to Sideshow's internal wait list leads me to believe they weren't anticipating all of these problems. As far as I know, no one has been shipped a replacement part to date. Shouldn't they have had some replacements at the ready from the get go?

Maybe they are assessing the extent of the defects sent and not everyone is going to get a replacement. I hope that's not the case.

I don't think there is a chance in hell they won't replace every piece. This may be the chance as collectors, that we will start seeing competitor type QC from our dear Sideshow.
Maybe they will have to crack into the Reg edition for replacements and the ES won't be 5000, in that case I better order mine soon.
