Oh geez... I'm not going to be very happy here if theres something wrong. My first two statues with Chronicle Collectibles, and this is not a very good start at all. First my Conan I just received with dark skin tone, now Break Out Rex. WTF!?!? If there is indeed something wrong, I will not be buying from CC again. Or Ill wait until I see in hand pics before I order anything from this company. I'm pissed about my Conan.

Is the Conan skin color just like Sideshow's Indy ?

The one with the machete, or the other one holding the whip? Conans skin color is just as dark as the one with the whip. If Conans skin tone was like the Indy with the machete, which is closer to how Arnold was in the movie, I wouldn't be complaining.

The Whip one.I had it but sold was too dark.Usually Kings don't do any labor jobs and would be mostly indoors,so don't know why Conan was painted darker.

I'd wager it has something to do with the fence as they go back and forth with their options of what's best material to use, but I speed viewed Paul's video about it. I don't know whether or not it was something they already solved.

BO rex will always worry me as we have to wait to find out just how good Toynami really is for paint matching, but I've got a feeling after Endo debacle two ----s are not given about delays any longer.

I am fine with delays as long as CC maintains a commitment to quality. After the whole endo farce, it will be a serious mistake if they disappoint their fans again. Universal will most likely reconsider their licensing if this turns out as bad as the endo. I dare say a lot is now riding on the success of this statue.
