I completely agree. I signed up for the Blackest Night set starting with issue one, and after about 2 months of waiting I finally got my first package yesterday.
Unfortunately, rather than the Black Hand and Atrocitus I was expecting, I got Larfleeze, Saint Walker and Nekron, plus a stand. Not only am I annoyed that my first box is missing, probably due to the earlier name issue, but Nekron came in awful condition too. His box was all ripped up which couldn't have happened in transit (the others were all fine) and his scythe has snapped off. I think I got somebody else's return or something.
Hopefully they'll replace the missing parcel and Nekron, I've checked my bank and I've definitely paid for the first two. Just waiting for a reply now.
Shame about Nekron as he's really cool.
Anyone know how reliable they are with back issues as they've got some for sale on the website which sell for around twice RRP on eBay.
