Shark Attack 3D. I was hoping for another PiraƱa 3D but alas no where near as good. I'd give it 4.5/10. The SFX was pretty poor.

Got Zodiac via Netflix today.. been meaning to watch this, but I never have.

A family member knew one of his SF victims, so I put off watching it for quite some time so it wouldn't "glorify" what he did.

Another Earth. 8/10

Missed this last year when it showed at the Inverness Film festival. Caught it when it showed on regular release. Great film. If you liked Duncan Jones' Moon, I think you'll like this.

Last of the Mohicans 10/10

LOVE this film and it was great to see it on the big screen again, although you could see the blue/green screen and matte scenes pretty clearly.

This film has to have the best reoccurring music theme in ANY film! And Madeleine Stowe is GORJEEUS!!

The second Ambush scene is absolute mayhem, so much going on, but it's ace with the three running toward the two women and I love Alice's spotlight scene.

Now, if only this could get released on Blu ray on region B!!

Take Her, She's Mine (1963) - 8/10

An overprotective but well-meaning father (Jimmy Stewart) has to come to grips with the fact that his daughter (Sandra Dee) is not a little girl anymore. This is one of those films where a big star of Hollywood's Golden Age is trying to keep up with the changing mores in film and society, but it's not as awkward as I had expected; in fact, it's quite funny. There's a great running gag where Stewart's character is mistaken for a "famous actor", plus some blink-and-you'll-miss-them cameos from James Brolin and Jim Nabors.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Paranormal Activity 3

1/10

Why did I watch this stupid ass movie?
My wife rented it, although I told her not to.
I will personally b!tch slap the maker of this lousy film if I ever see him.
I've seen more creative and exciting vinyl flooring infomercials.
Damn it!

Haywire 4/10 After the end, even my wife said the only good thing about the movie was the hot girl.
