The more expensive statues get, the more collectors will demand perfection. It is why SSC is falling behind XM and Prime 1 = > quality control is lacking.

It's funny when you have the SS fan boys go on and on about how SS has changed and their QC is now rock solid and they attack anyone who says any negative thing about SS statues and then things like this keep happening...

Sideshow's falling behind in several ways:

First and foremost is quality. It's hit and miss. My last two pieces from Sideshow have had issues that required replacement. In the end the issue gets resolved, but it kind of kills the joy.(First world problem I know. lol)

Packaging is another area that Sideshow falls short. XM and Prime 1 pieces have hard shelled cases that add extra protection to the styrofoam. I think better packaging would have prevented a lot of the breakage issues with Thanos. Either that, or better quality control, in that case, please see the line above.
