i asked about the battle damaged shield.. i was told it would be available to order next year, i forgot what month he said but it was next year.

There's one thing I think a lot of people missed at the eFX booth and I haven't heard of anyone talking about it, and that's the Loki Scepter from The Avengers. I saw it behind thier cash register counter. I asked about it and it's in development. I was able to get one pic of it with my friend Jessica holding it. It's the short handled version and the gem does light up.

King Arts will have theirs out first. I think it lights up. I will have to see some in hand pics before deciding which company to order mine from.
Looks like EFX Is weathering theirs, from the pics above. I prefer the shiny new look on this piece.

I got a couple of those hydra pins coming today. I ordered them after retailers started putting them up at the regular SDCC price. I've seen a few go for around $100 on ebay but they can be had for 19.99 at BBTS now!

looks cool, but for the price they will be asking for it, I have my doubts they can get this thing to not just look like a plastic toy. In the movie, it does look weathered, but I think for the blade portion, they NEED to make it the same weathered chrome finish as their Thor hammer. Just painting it silver is something Sideshow would do.

if it actually looks metallic, I will consider it. This first version is an easy pass for me.
