Almost all plastic. Wheels are real rubber. I would have like to have gotten one that was diecast metal instead. However, when one says plastic, it gives the impression of light weight. Not this peice, it definitely has some weight to it, in particular the back end. Not stone weight, but has some mass.

Thanks Trilogy. That is it's temporary location. I put the grey batman beside it temporarily also, but I have to say, I like the bit of color it adds. I think I will actually keep that in the display.
