My Deathwing came flawless with 0 fitting issues. It is unfortunate that people have to deal with so many problems. This really is a masterpiece of a statue, if I was a perfectionist I would have some detail problems in the paint, but it is not worth nitpicking in the end.

Hey guys, I want to put my Deathwing back in the box but I get crazy trying to rebox it... seems like nothing fits. Maybe someone has a picture of him in the box ? I mean where to put which wing and so on. Would help me a lot!

i don't have the statue, but have you tried checking YouTube for some unboxings? that may help you
