The tracking said the item shipped 24 January. It went from LA to Toronto, back to US (Chicago) then to NY so not sure what's going on. It's a little exhausting to keep tracking every day so I'm just waiting. I do think it was odd the tracking route. Oh well. I contacted PCS they said I should contact USPS. But I didn't have all the details USPS wanted (PCS address details) so not sure what to do next to be honest.
