I would say don't give them ideas but I would assume that Sideshow has the license for 1/4 Batman 66 statues. And that they just decided to go the material route. If not, I might have to play the upgrade game on my Tweeterhead Catwoman and Batgirl if they move up to 1/4.

I have to say the sparkle on the costume is awesome in that video.

The sparkle looks gorgeous. However, it's of my opinion that the fabric (at least what that video showed) is not tight enough. Looks a bit baggy, especially near the crotch and armpit area.

I assume someone will figure out a way to get the fabric tighter. I recall someone had a fix for the Artgerm Catwoman. I don't remember if that was here or on a youtube video.

The fabric looks rather cheap and is kind of poor fitting in areas... The sculpted face came out great though...

The body is the whole thing for me. Can't fork out $$$ and settle for mediocrity.

Was just about to order this when I thought I'd check out the forum first.
Really disappointed in this fabric change. Loved the leathery look of the prototype. Oh well, saves me AUD$660.
I'm glad that TH are considering re-releasing their Julie Newmar.

The translucent resin was used for the head again and it looks much more like Newmar than in the pics, but I can't stand the fabric change. I think I am going to return it. Hopefully, I will get my reward points back.

Per SSAlex: "The original fabric used on the piece was having unfortunate cracking and flaking issues as it went through the production process. As such a different fabric had to be used. In the end the new fabric better represents how the costume appeared on screen as her costume did have a greater sparkle to it that the original fabric did not have."
