These customs are made by french collector Morback (you can see more WIP pics here).
On these last pics you can notice some other very cool troopers customs he has on display.
Morback is an imperial forces fan who's also "harassing"  Attakus in order to see troopers and droids in serie V.

After looking on his site I think they may actually be hacked (maybe recasted), repainted Hasbro 1/6 Battle Droids.
