ok soo I made a mistake and was curious and called paypal

ok soo me and a friend were talkin and he was like I wonder how much money you have sent thru paypal over the years soooo I called them and believe it or not they keep a tally of it to the penny lol my first transaction with the account I have now was feb 12th 2000 and I am sooo not tell the amount cause when they told me my jaw dropped and I was like "can you repeat that" I will say that I could have bought a nice house for the amount I have sent just thru paypal in the last 10 years and this was for this account only UGHHH

Anyone else dare to find out LOL

Yea its kind of scary!
Its also given to the IRS if they ask!

well perhaps the keep records of all transactions even if the user cancelled his account. They might be able to bring it up on screen for those looking to clear up what's owed them

I would figure they would keep backup records for a few years at least. I doubt they delete all the records most financial companies keep records forever.

I would be more interested in how much I have received....and then turned around and spent on some new Hulk item within days.
