Does anybody know how many of these are being produced? I read somewhere that it was 75, but that seems really low.

They made 75 for the initial Japanese run. This is a new run however and there is no official word on what the ES might be. A cp rep suggested that Sideshow might set the number down the line, presumably it would be based on how many they sell.
I just wish we knew the shipping costs, I will definitely grab this guy if I can afford it. The Big chap is my priority though.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, it's kind of strange that they would offer the warrior and dog alien, but not Big Chap.

It really does feel like Christmas at the moment, so much great pieces here. With a predator bust on the horizon that's awesome

The big chap is on the way we've seen early WIP images so far, I'm looking forward to seeing the finished item.

i really dislike these heads. the lips are completely wrong and i know its on purpose. but when your gonna spend that much money on a collectible like this i'd want it to be completely 100% accurate. Heres hoping sideshow still release a LSB dog alien.

The sideshow LSB's take plenty of artistic license, so if it is perfect accuracy you crave, they probably won't offer it, as nice as they really are imo. What do you think is wrong with the lips on these? CP tend to use the original props where possible. And they varied quite a bit at times.
I'd also love a Dog Alien LSB however..

the legendary scale busts can't even be compared to these. no dice. these are the best pieces of their sort to be produced. i've waited years for these.

This attached image is what the Dog alien should look like. aggressive!
The cool props looks like it has dry shrivelled lips - It has absolutely no attitude.
