I haven't done a lot of reading on this so I don't know who was released. I don't have a problem with ESPN taking action on either employee - it's their call on how to deal with the situation and I think this end was inevitable.

dont recall reading any asians in sports including lin or othe prominent asians in politics. film, or media that is in an uproar. personally i think it is a jackass thing to say but asians dont have a bullhorn like sharpton or others to escalate it. so i guess the still majority in this country feel that it is offensive so they are self policing.

Me too! Lin is an inspiration! His christianity and faith are nice to see as his display of them is not as prevalent as Tebows...who can be annoying with it at times.

Kid's a stud! Needs to cut down on the turnovers but that should come with experience. Set a couple records already too..
I'll be torn when he plays Miami this week though. I hope Carmelo's the one taking the game-losing shot

A bit of a double standard to create such fervor over this in light of what sportsfans have been in bed with for decades.....

Seriously?
The NFL, not ESPN, should be held accountable for that, if needed.
ESPN should be held accountable for what they say on their own website.
