What's everyones thoughts..
..on a general thread for new art?
I'm not saying the individual new art threads arent awesome (I love to make them myself)- its just sometimes I pick up pieces that I love to share, but maybe arent worthy of a thread (imo).
Should we have a general thread for stuff that buyers dont feel are a big deal (but wanted them anyway)? Or is our community small enough that a thread like that would be silly?
Not sure if this has been addressed before

I don't see why a single thread wouldn't work.

while I agree every piece doesn't need it's own thread if people aren't posting their hauls here this section is going to get pretty dead

Im saying the single threads should continue, by all means (It would be pretty dead otherwise)- Im just saying an extra generic thread for when you dont feel like making a thread for something new, you could just lump it in there
All the single threads would still be going full steam as normal for those who love to make them. The generic thread could be ignored by anybody who dont feel like ever posting in it

I think it's a great idea, and I would suggest we limit posts in the thread to new art postings only. That way for these more generic pieces, we don't have to search through 3 or 4 pages of comments to find 2 or 3 pieces of art.
