This hour is nice and intense, from warming up...then repeat rep routines (bicep, shoulder, tri....bicep shoulder...tri, change) to a cool down. After the first couple of days, I needed extra time for certain muscles to repair. I think I had some deep muscle tearing after my first pull up/ push up day.

I know some guys at my gym who can't even do a single pull-up.
Sad, really.
