Is this piece worth it and better than the Chronical Collectibles Rotunda Rex? The Prime 1 Studio Rotunda Rex is a 1:8 scale whereas the Chronical Collectibles one is a 1:9 scale. Is a 1:8 scale bigger than a 1:9 scale? I'm interested in the Prime 1 Studio Rotunda Rex because it's a great action scene. It may not be film accurate but I like that it's very busy and there's a lot going on like the dead raptor on the base and another one clawing the t-rex on top of it. There's also many bones scattered everywhere on the base. Speaking of the base, it's a lot better than the CC one in my opinion. The CC piece is very simple and there's not much going on. It's just a t-rex posing on a plain base with a pile of bones. The Prime 1 Studio one has a lot more to offer but unfortunately I prefer the paint job on the CC t-rex a lot more than the Prime 1 Studio one. This is because the CC t-rex paint job is lighter and looks more crisp and golden whereas the Prime 1 Studio t-rex paint job looks too dark and orange and the color contrast and overall detail isn't that great. What do you think? Which one should I get and is more worth it? Thanks. See both pieces in the links below.
