Women definitely should have to wear nighties or less to bed, though.

I think that's an amendment that seriously needs to be addressed.

You're doing P90x? I've seen the commercials for that.. thought about pickin' it up. I'm assuming it's not a scam, then?

I had a Bowflex that I used regularly until Cyn convinced me both that and the gym weren't necessary. Sold it.

Sounds tough! If you have the nutrition plan would you mind sending it to me? Might be useful for me to incorporate it into my gym routine.

Sold it.
Ry, no...the P90X isn't a scam. Are the results on the infomercial typical? Nah. I did find out that just working on my upper body (biceps, triceps) the last few years was a disservice. The plyometrics workout (mainly lunge and squat exercises...burns the thighs and rear big time) is great, a lot of the "weights" workouts are just dumbell weight routines, and a lot of push up routines eliminate benches and heavy weights. It's not too expensive, but you need to be serious. The nutrition guide is no joke and the workouts are at least an hour a day.

It's a big booklet, it basically tells you what you should be eating per day for fat loss and energy.

Hour a day is great. I try and do about an hour a day of exercise as it is, would be fun to change it up.
