Yeah, that will look a lot better. Her eyebrows in the comics are always black and always have this evil-diva look to them.

It cannot be modified easily it's made of solid metal. The scythe end is attached to a metal rod, and that pins into the handle that's attached to the arm, then the bottom of the handle is pinned to another solid metal rod that stubs into the base.
