This statue has turned into a joke ! Big coin should be big quality and it just haven’t happened . For simpler pieces SS is fine but I’ll reserve big bucks pieces to XM or Prime 1

Dayum. Every time I see someone post a new problem I always check mine again and thankfully, no issues. I would be so frustrated if it this was happening to me.
I hope SS fixes everyone's problem and not give one of those "no better replacement" excuses and offer credit. Spending this kind of money, everyone should get their statue fixed.

At what point does SS say you know what we tried but this is costing more in replacement parts . Simpler lower quality it is?

I received my Thanos and he was flawless so I can't complain, but it still bothers the hell out of me to see other people dealing with all these QC issues and them waiting for their replacement parts.
I honestly thought that SS might turn over a new leaf with the release of Thanos and step up their game with quality control & packaging but it looks like things only got worse. I can't for the life me figure out why they can't get their act together in regards to QC. Doesn't it ever come up at the board meeting?
Right now I have a few choice pieces on pre-order from SS but slowly but surely XM is getting all my business. If I'm going to be paying the high prices that SS is charging now then I might as well go with a company that cares about QC & knows how to package their product.

I agree I was lucky enough to get EX 91/750 maybe the lower number had to do with the quality. It is still no excuse to be ill prepared when flaws slip through.
