This was a Science fiction comic magazine.

It was really a French magazine called Métal hurlant (Howling Metal) and they made films from it to

Yeah Heavy Metal magazine was basically an American rip off of Metal Hurlant. But Heavy Metal seemed to have wider success.

So does Sideshow now have the Heavy Metal license? I owned two pieces from Hollywood Collectibles Group some time ago but they weren't too great imo. Curious to see how far they will go with this line

It was Not made by DC or the comics most of you guys grew up reading. This was for a more adult audience.

Company for the English version was by HM Communications, Inc. & Metal Mammoth Inc.

You also might be surprise some of the artists for the front cover of some of the magazines
