Rogue One: 8/10. Really enjoyed it. Like it's been said, everything you could want in a Star Wars movie. Not sure if I like it more than The Force Awakens. But, easily better than any of the prequels. Great Star Wars movie.

Also watched The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies. Extended Edition. 8/10. I enjoyed The Hobbit trilogy a lot more the second time around.

Now onto the masterpiece LOTR trilogy again.

Batman vs Superman 6.5/10

Second half a lot better than the first and some really cool concepts and ideas but man are there some issues with it

Lex Luthor totally miscast and Bats just has a hunch that they need the JLA??

Madhouse (1974) 7.5/10

Vincent Price, Peter Cushing, Robert Quarry - 3 kings of 70's horror all in one hell of a 70's horror movie. Price plays Dr. Death, a former character in a highly regarded horror movie series who comes back one more time for a revival of the series culminating in one final movie. Quarry & Cushing play former friends/actors/advisors, both of whom are a bit jealous of Price's success. The horror-visuals are just 70's-horror-fantastic, w/ Price truly reminding you of why he has such a rich horror reputation. Cushing, in his dark British mansion, spookily pulling strings & Quarry stalking around, just add to the quilt. Sure, it's dated & plods along at times, but it has heart & scares & visuals that remind the viewer of what once was in horror film. No pop-outs, just hand-crafted, well written horror.

Vincent Price's makeup for this movie is an iconic horror image, to me at least. I recall seeing it on covers of Famous Monsters and such, and I loved it.

Can't believe I've never seen that. Sounds right up my alley. Thanks for the recommendation.

BT & Hellboy, I'm catching alotta gems like this one on this relatively new station called CometTV. It's one of those new retro-tv stations like ME & Cozi. Comet shows a lot of crap, but in between, they show a lot of hard to find B & retro horror movies I never see anywhere else. See if you all have it in your cable packages. They air all the old Thunderbirds & Johnny Sokko & His Giant Robot, weird stuff like that. I saw an excellent Boris Karloff movie on there called Black Sabbath where, apparently, the band of the same name, picked the name from. Tom Sellek's 1st starring role in a movie called Satan's Daughters was just on & it was chock-full of creepy 70's horror goodness.

I have Comet but it's only in standard def.

Admittedly I'm a bit of an HD snob as I just can't watch anything else.
