what's the geekest thing you have ever done?
Was talking with an old high school friend and we brought up lazer tag. Back in the mid-late 80's when lazer tag came out, I was in high school and me and a couple of friends would go play every weekend. The lazer tag place would store your player name and your statistics. I went by the name "The Punisher." One time, I grabbed a white t-shirt and burned some holes in it and added some red coloring to the holes to look like laser burns. I then put my moniker "The Punisher" on the top of the back in sharpie. Wore the shirt there about 5-6 times. Man, sometimes I am even amazed I ever got laid.
What is one of the geekest things you have ever done? And no con stories as that is just one big geekfest.

Maybe the thread title should have been "What's the second geekest thing you have even done?"
In which case, it would be spending a weekend with a friend driving around south east England, visiting locations used in Doctor Who. This was before the 2005 revival....

arguing in detail about a comic characters history and powers before realizing that this other person wasn't going to stop arguing their wrong case.
Zombie sighed and walked away frustrated.

I wore an Iron Man tee-shirt to a dinner-party last night. Sat next to a councilman. He kept looking at my shirt as we discussed local politics.
