For some reason I think Chad mentioned a while ago in a video that the licensing likeness rights were too hard to get since some of the actors are deceased so he did not think that the Addams family would be going forward even though they did have some of the statues already designed. Now I believe he said that about a year ago so things might have changed since then.

Same. I'll happily add an Elvira statue to my collection if she has a great likeness and is fully sculpted. I worry that a black fabric dress may be an easy tempting option though...

Has TH ever done cloth mixed media on pieces? I'd think it's a safe bet this piece will be fully sculpted.

No, but 1/4 scale is also mostly outside their wheelhouse, and they *can* do cut and sew based on Hordak's cape, so.... I never want to assume... just sets me up for disappointment.

Ah, true true. Between the quality of everything else they have done and the 1/4 Catwoman, I have faith in them. But nice to have this in mind as a possibility just to be prepared.

I know there wasn't anything official in the newsletter, but any updates on Elvira? Not that I need more things from TH to spend money on, but still....
