Well, I finally got in my
Darryl Banks commission. It's the start of my new commission theme, called "grave matters." What it does, is to focus on a single character standing near the tombstone of another character, friend or foe, that has died and was significant to that character. This idea came about after I saw the commissions
in this thread. I look forward to adding more of these commissions over the coming months and years and hope you will enjoy them, as well. I started with what, for me, was a very obvious choice. But I also hope you'll agree it came off beautifully. Makes me eager to see what future installments will bring. Below is the image of the finished piece. However, I suggest you all click the link to the piece, as you'll not just see one of my usuallly insightful write-ups, but some interesting additional images at the bottom. This is also my final personal art update for the year. Good way to end the year, I think, by starting up a new commission theme. Anyhow, please do enjoy! And comments, both there and here, are always welcome and appreciated!
