Kudos to Sideshow!

SS get's some bad press for their CS sometimes. I just wanted to put it out there that they took fantastic care of me. My Sinestro PF started to lean. They offered me a full refund at the end of last year. I opted to try adding strategically placed pads to counteract the leaning. Unfortunately it didn't work. They still offered to take the piece back now, and give me full credit, which is fine since I'll just apply it to a couple PO's.

I've never had a bad experience with their CS, but this goes beyond that, IMO. Anyways, just wanted to say thanks to SS for being so great about the entire situation.

Give it a little while....

I too will vouch for them. I've had a few good encounters with them of late. Even though they can't work miracles and provide replacements for out of stick items etc. They were great to deal with.

Add me to the vouching crew... SSC helped me out with a piece my son had accident damaged when he tosses a ball, and I had actually purchased it from a third party. That and they helped me out when my Batmans cape was cracked... They are awesome in my book.
