I'd call them tomorrow. I literally just ordered mine on Feb. 18th once she was back to being listed as Pre-Order.

When was the first one reported?
As the delays before they respond have certainly increased. For another issue I had it was 10 or so days before I got my first response.

Mine was probably the first to be reported on Feb 21st and i just got my full refund. Its why i just ended up ordering a new one right away when the option was available cause everyone on here was giving me that advice. I probably should have just ordered the EX version on the second try but i was also kind of hedging my bet that i might have to order a 3rd time. Yet, 2nd try was the winner and she came in undamaged.
