Honestly, I hope it's a museum pose like Batman and Arkham Knight, but only because that's the running theme.

Yes, while that is an awesome pose, the base would be huge with that stance. Same reason some were complaining about the base of SSC's Catwoman.

That pose would be great for 1/6th scale. At 1/3 scale it would just have too big of a footprint. The base would be 2' wide.
