That doesn't sound like normal procedure. In any case of a shipping issue, either the buyer or the shipper has to open a claim or case, not the shipping company. I would call Sideshow and ask them what to do. It does sound like the driver took it and whoever answered your call is trying to cover. It just doesn't sound right to open a "fraud" case because no fraud occured, UPS misdelivered it.

Okay, that's crazy. Is there a reason they randomly sent it to the wrong address in the wrong City? Did they do that or did SS do that? Because they need to fix it ASAP. I'd raising hell. One with the one to blame and the other for supper. Best of luck to you. I'm sure eventually this will be made right, you'll just have to bare incompetence with patience and persistence until then.

It’s wasn’t sideshows fault,they had it right.even the email they sent the day before delivery from ups had my address on it correctly . I don’t even have the address they delivered to it’s just says the city and the last name lee.I definitely think the driver stole it
