So looking forward to this. Really liked this scene together with the chase to the Buckleberry Ferry crossing. Hopefully price is ok.

Weta are doing great, though their prices are a little high.

Great likeness on Frodo, I wish they'd do new solo pieces of the hobbits!

Agreed !. Estimated weight 76lbs / 34 kgs. Big solid piece.

Shipping will be a killer for sure.

This diorama is epic for sure. Weta seems to be in this phase of "We have to outdo our last statue." Kind of makes it hard for new collector's who may not be able to drop $1,500-$2,000 on a giant lord of the rings or hobbit statue. (Or have the space to display this museum piece)

Yup, that's me. I've been eyeing my first LotR piece since P1 got the license, and I'd rather have smaller pieces of individual characters released every couple of months than these mammoths of dioramas that cost a small fortune.

Can't that be said for any company?

I'm sure they will with their new open edition 'classic' line.

That's why they have a variety of ranges - mini epic, figures of fandom, mini statues, environments, classic series, 1/6, premium statues and master collection.

Cool diorama. It's a shame that I don't have space to get them all.
