Now that would be a terribly dumb thing to do. I mean, it's one thing to try and dump a defective piece on a new unaware customer, but they should know better than to try to pull that on a buyer waiting for a replacement.

Hey Custom! Sorry to hear about your replacement. But from the sound of it, you must've destroyed the entire statue prior to receiving the replacements right? Why destroy the whole piece if the original body was fine? Just ask for the heads.

It's bad enough that they sent me this, but they requested that I destroy my entire statue. I did not have dents in the body.

This looks like pre-replacement leftover stock. My first thought was that this could be someone else's return.

Exactly! That is definitely not the new replacement heads. They are noticeably different, so it looks like you got one of the yucky ones from the initial batch.

They "should" know better, I agree...but looking at many photos of the supposedly "new" heads on this forum, it looks as though Sideshow is knowingly trying to dump defective returned pieces on customers waiting for replacements..

This head in particular stands out as an example of that...
