It looks like they disabled promo codes for him because they used to work. I received a "shipping soon" (3-5 weeks) email for him and Dawg today.

3-5 weeks ESTIMATED until Sideshow get them in their warehouse.
It'll take them a further 4 weeks before they've opened them all and caused enough damage so they match previous QC efforts.
THEN we'll get them.
(* only joking - I sure as heck hope they break their poor QC trend as the sculpt is amazing! *)

Tried to add the Dawg combo to my order after my Lobo Exc. converted. Was told it couldn't be done. Guess no Dawg for me

Buy Dawg separately and use the code AVENGE2015 to save $20. What do you mean Lobo converted? The EX is still available and not waitlisted.
