Do you visit any film locations?
I like to base my holidays around places where I can visit places that were used as filming locations for my favourite films. This year was my Italy year and had to visit the Elysian Fields of Gladiator, my favourite film.

I've thought about it. Too lazy.
I have walked around China town, London. There is a scene during Mona Lisa, Bob Hoskins does a walk about (china town).
I guess that counts.

After watching the movie In Bruges where the main characters are on a forced holiday there during the Christmas season, I also visited Bruges, Belgium around Christmastime and went to a few of the places the characters saw. It’s one of my favorite Christmas films and I’m very happy I went.

I doubt I'd ever plan vacations around such an idea, but that's something I'd more likely consider checking out for movies filmed in and around my hometown. Maybe expand from there if it's interesting enough.
samhain81, you implied you've been doing this. What are some others?

I visited the church in Kill Bill, its outside of Palmdale, CA. Was there for work and decided to take a drive.
No pic though cause the locals who own park a bus in front of it to ruin pictures. They want you to pay them to move the bus. No thanks.
