Hunger Games: First half 9/10, the 2nd half 5/10. Overall a 7/10 I guess.

The Hunger Games 6/10

Not a bad film, but nothing really I haven't seen before. Could have been a edited down a little.

Not the best film but it did give me the quote "there's no crying in baseball" which I have used on my kids hundreds of times.

And that after the credits scene completely validated how awesome I thought the story was. I seriously re-watched that grab five more times on Youtube, and I think there is a TON of extra info there, even in such a brief flash. Brilliant.
Never thought a guy like this would have fans, smoking aces, a-team aren't the most well received movies.

But I've seen Narc thought it was awesome, looking forward to seeing this

His next movie about Escobar seems awesome too

Ah, read my post carefully mate, I never said I was a fan, I said I follow his work closely There's a huge difference. I think he's a very interesting Director and he always delivers something that is very divisive. That's why I follow what he does closely. That said, I always pay more attention to Directors as opposed to Actors. They are far more responsible for a movie nine times out of ten

The Hunger Games 8/10 Really enjoyed seeing it, the book was better. But still a good movie. Jeff liked it a lot too

Couldn't agree more on Narc either. That movie was fantastic, and really had me keen to see his take on Mission: Impossible When it came to Smokin Aces, I liked it the first time I saw it, but on reflection it didnt hold up. I thought The A-Team came as advertised and was such a great ride

I didn't know about the MI3 situation

But I thought the third was easily the best installment the only one with a storyline that was actually interesting. Pretty happy that JJ was on it.
