UK guys/gals - Card Question

Okay guys.
Need a little more help with these.
Not only am I missing the last card, but learned today that there's a tattoo sheet and a door hanger as part of the goodies in the bag.
Our niece (Spider-Girl) really likes the goodies.
Are these still in the stores over there?

I've not persued this on ebay or other sources, since a Forum member had the card and possibly other items of interest.
But is seems that deal has gone bad.
Are these still in the stores?
Anyone have extras?

Oh, I almost forgot.
I'm still looking for the 6 card X-Men 1.5 UK cards.
Guess they were an exclusive to a particular chain.
And if a MOD sees this, please move it to the card section.
