Production pictures look good, it's great to see a Silver Surfer piece get made, sculpt looks good, but I'm sitting on the sidelines watching for a discount. Just not that exciting of a piece compared to what the other companies are doing. Maybe I'll settle for a 1/10 Iron Studios if they do a version which I would expect to be more dynamic.

Silver Surfer production looks great. Nova...um, something definitely was lost there from the proto. Not impressed with the color or the hairline.

Fantastic looking piece. Congrats to future owners - I hope it looks as great in hand as it does in these photos!

So happy they went with a small board. The footprint lets me put it anywhere instead of a two-foot board sticking out in the middle of the room.

Is it just me or does that production piece actually look better than the prototype????
Also, that art box is fire!

My thoughts too, looks so much better.
Was an easy pass for me originally, now I have to reconsider. Really impressed with the production piece.

I was thinking the same thing. I don't like the chromed out surfers, but it looks like they added just a whisper more of chrome to his grey paint, and he is looking sharper for it.

I'm sure that the demand for him just went up a little with the announcement of the making of the Galactus Maquette. Smart move by SSC to make the timing of the Big G Maquette around the time the Silver Surfer Maquette was due to drop in the coming months ahead.
