I need to get in contact with a Title Company in Tennessee. Does anyone know of one? I'll take info on a realtor or mortgage company since they'll know of one. I would prefer someone that is known since it's more about info to expand my Real Estate business.

Do you practice commercial or residential RE sales? Might make a difference. Also you might just want to look up any old real estate co. that belongs to MLS, and they can get you some of the info you are looking for. I don't know if your an investor, a broker, an agent, every state licensing law is a little different. Might just want to call the Real Estate Agency or licensing board, and they will likely be able to send you a list of all Title companies and or Real estate or Brokerage offices. Just some thoughts.

Thanks for the info. I would need a contact person that someone knows. I want to ask them some questions about liens. Asking just any company that I find on the net or phonebook might not answer as honest than if it is a person that someone knows.

I have a friend in Memphis that owns a Chevrolet dealership. He uses a company called Reality Title. He says that they are great. Call and talk to Angie Rogers @ 901-259-2480. If you want my friends name, just pm me.
