Not interested in this line of discussion bc pyschotics are by definition not heroic.

Heroism isn't just action but also intent. A bad guy killing another bad guy isn't a hero.

If you're trying to say somebody with psychosis is incapable of intent, you are wrong.

Where Superman and Lex are polar opposites in archetype of brain vs braun, batman and joker are aligned. Both arisen from deep set trauma. One becoming a sheltered shut-in while the other a hyper-sensitive psychotic. Both characters are the same with the exception of rules. The rule of whether or not to take life is the thin line that divides them. The killing Joke, Arkham...they all blatantly explain this.

You've advised you are not interested yet injected your opinion as to why you feel you are correct.

Batman is not psychotic as he feels guilt. Psychopathology demands the inflicted not feel empathy or understand the divide of morality. Morality to Batman, although fragmented from societal norms, is still engrained in his archetype. He has a line. He is however driven to project his pain outward through violence and does so on the criminal underworld. This is referenced often as how Bruce "needs" batman. The undertone of the character is that he is driven more by this than justice. when Joker makes the joke with batman at the end of Killing Joke, he is referring to them; two madmen escaping entrapment together. Bound to each other in likeness compared to Lex, a humanitarian, versus an unpredictable alien force.

I knew it! I knew I've seen this suit somewhere. Paint it all black with red logo and I'm good.

You keep referencing The Killing Joke and Arkham as if they are the only pieces of Batman literature that matter. Ironically, The Killing Joke is something that the author regrets writing. Furthermore, there are numerous different Batman stories, not all of which involve the interpretation that you like.

The more I look at this the more it looks like the head is small. P1 was great about fixing their Superman's head size. I wonder if SS will do the same.
