Batman & Catwoman
Hey guys. I finally got my Batman & Catwoman statue and I have a couple of questions. Was this piece released in Japan only as all the sites suggest? Also, why is there zero talk about this piece on here? Is is pretty rare or does noboday care about it or what? Also any special info you could give about this statue would be great.
Thanks

I got it for a great price too! They seem to go for $150-$200 online. It is also a very low number. It's #70/2500.

I had a bunch of these in my shop a year ago and I had to discount them to get rid of them. I was selling them for about $75.00 to $100.00.

I remember this piece.
I, personally, have a problem with most of the Japanese versions of Batman and other superheroes (but especially Batman). The sculpts tend to make Bats look terribly over-muscled and unrealistic. Again, this is my opinion. the concept of the sculpt is great, but the execution leaves me cold...
But, to each his own..

Love these pieces. It was released in the US by DC Direct through Diamond, so no it wasn't only released in Japan. Seems like it was $80 or $90 when I got it through my LCS. I got all three of these pieces so I could be mixing up the price on this with the price on the really small Batman they released.
