I'D think 1/3, but has 1/4 ;license like the Movie poster statue

I remember years back, Prime 1 made some decent looking 90's Turtles, but they looked really undersized for 1/4 scale. I know Neca made some decent 90's huge action figures, but I don't buy huge action figures. PCS may be able to put out the definitive one's to own? Looking forward to seeing these.

The NECA 1/4 movie turtles are among my favourite "statues". I find I like them even more than many of my polystone statues that cost 10x as much.
