You won't get answers here anymore as PCS aren't using the forum anymore. I'd just keep emailing customer service, you will get your refund no doubt it might just take a while.

Not sure if Jerry or representatives from PCS are still active here, but I just wanted to try out of desperation. Dear PCS, I've requested for a refund more than 30 days ago and was told very impatiently by your CS supervisor to give them up to 30 days to process it (impatient because I asked them to correct a mistake but they didn't respond until I sent 2 more emails to follow up), and I should just stop bugging them..... Now that more than 30 days have passed, still nothing... I sent an email a few days ago to check, and yes you probably guessed, no response whatsoever.... so what am I supposed to do now? This is truly frustrating and worrying. Will I ever get my money back? Thank you for your attention.

oh shoot I saw this after I posted mine... they did exactly the same to me, i asked questions on FB about the refund and got deleted! no reasons given.

Please keep in mind I cant speak for PCS as I dont have anything to do with the business since I sold it.
I am only involved in creative department.

Thanks for your reply Jerry (I assume?). This explains why the company's CS is so terrible now! And what's worse is there's no confidence or assurances that customers can purchase PCS products safely now!
