PCS - Reward program is coming!
This was posted on FB
"Ant Adams Oh and a reward program is coming."
Sounds promising. I hope PCS will be able to go back 3 years and award points to customers that have supported PCS by preorders/prepaying full price on pieces that have been severally delayed, had issues or are deeply discounted now.
I think it would send a very positive message to the community while spurring future purchases while trying to repair their brand!

Great news. I can't see rewards being applied to existing orders.
I wish the new PCS owners would switch to sponge packing. It would put an end to broken statues. This week i received a statue broken into 5 parts, all because the polystyrene could not protect the statue from the abuse courier drivers put parcels through.

PCS seems to have been pretty dependent on their model of getting cash from POs especially pay in full.
The discount on the payment plans is pretty inconsequential.
Judging by the past year and the sell off of statues PCS put too much faith long term faith into their account receivables.
This doesn't seem to have changed much judging by the Raiden PO. It's latest expected delivery of April 2019 and (potentially longer) is a long time to collect on a debt.
The convention is to look at AR as an asset if it is convertible to cash in less than a year. Stale receivables have a way of becoming a liability. Except for a few good business people few pay attention to that...

Not sure. I don't see myself buying much from PCS to take advantage of rewards in lieu of the pay in full discounts.
