Very impressive when you can reach that end-result (quality) with paintbrushes.

I tried and some basic painting (statue touch-up) I can handle, but adding fine weathering and shading is out of my reach.

I'm jealous about your zombies ;-)

I'm almost done with Ada.
Only the eyes and a scarf are missing
The scarf I still have to sculpt to close the gap in the neck

The legs are firmly connected to the base. And the red dress is firmly attached to the legs. The "base" consists of base + legs + red dress, so to speak.

Now that I've redone the head for the second time, I'll probably use decals for the eyes.

Thanks for your nice comments

I'm 95% done with Ada.
The scarf for the neck is my next winter project.

I took decals for the eyes and the first 4 pairs of decals broke until I understood how to do it to some extent

The arm resting on the thigh is firmly connected to the upper body.
Originally this was also for sticking (a little above the elbow). For the other arm I sculpted the black band to cover the gap.
I will attach rifle cartridges to the black band

I attached magnets to both hairpieces. So I can disassemble the head at any time if I want to change something

The project was a lot of fun.
I'm currently working on the statue of Claire Redfield.

Wow!!! What an amazing collection... and AMAZING skills!!! I wish I also had those skills to repair, paint, etc some statues xD

Can I ask you something about your display??? I'm thinking on Ikea Platsa too to display my few statues, and wanted to know, if possible: do you think (having them in person) the shelfs are strong enought to support pieces of around 18kg without bending???

Putting them in horizontal is a very great idea too, looks like a custom-made, but in my case with many sizes, that restrict the height of the shelves to make the most of space. Anyway is a great idea, looks done to display like that xD

In a horizontal position, over the month my Platsa bend by about 0.5 cm. If you set them up vertically, it depends on the width of the cabinet whether the bottom sags.
Ikea does not use wood. It's all paper and I wouldn't put a 18 kg statue in it without securing the ground it's on.

Ouch, I thought that in a horizontal position they would hold a lot more weight, but I see that they don't... In vertical, according to the Ikea website, the Plasta shelfs should support 37 kg (60 cm width) and 50 kg (80 cm width), but I don't know if they bend over time... Maybe I should consider some reinforced Pax like does a lot of people... That's not supposed to fail, right???

Thanks for your answers
