For the BTTF I Doc, I wish they did a new head sculpt as the BBTF II head they reused was after he went to the future and had work done to look younger. And they hair was different.

i actually think in this circumstance, i'd totally love rooted hair for him. i've never been a huge fan of hot toy's rooted hair, but on doc, i think it'd look great for how messy it looks

Doc Brown from BTTF II has started to ship.
As great as the figure looks, some have been complaining on YouTube that the head-sculpt is the exact same head-sculpt Hot Toys used for their BTTF I figure.
It even includes the slots for the glasses, which Doc Brown does not ship with, as the glasses only shipped with the BTTF I figure.
Sloppy on Hot Toys part.
Collectors have been speculating, what is happening with Hot Toys in 2022, as they appear to want to re_issue parts from previous figures.
My guess is, the Covid situation in China is as bad as it has ever been, meaning many have had to face months and months of lock-downs.

My Hot Toys - Doc Brown arrived today.. overall i am happy. The cardboard yellow crate looks good, the rear hinges are a disappointment, as they are simply drawn on, and not actual hinges. Something else that disappoints is there is a seam on Doc Brown's portrait, where the front joins the rear (or the fault of the mold). A seam on a Hot Toys portrait is not something i have seen in the past on my other Hot Toys figures.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

HT should make a young George Mcfly in that outfit.

Sideshow charged my for Doc last weekend but haven't shipped him yet. Sideshow shouldn't charge unless they have the required inventory in hand. Sideshow must have just received a large shipment. Just received Captain Vaughn and Bo-katan this week.

I ordered the Part 1 version of Doc a few days ago, and its scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to it; this is my first Hot Toys collectible.
