Can we get something else that is not clear acrylic base?
Okay...I don't mind the clear acrylic bases but to see it on every 1:4 or 18" statues is kind of a disappointment. Giving the price of what GG is charging, I think they can do better. I am not a fan of screwing in statues also.

Since they do it consistently they might as well keep doing it. It makes their pieces look nice together. PCS has the same mentality with their Street Fighter line.

I don't mind the simplicity of the acrylic base or screwing the statue. I prefer to have the figure secured to the based.
The only issue with the acrylic is that it scratches and isn't easy to clean without adding more fine scratches,

Yeah, Black Widow should be on ammo crates or something. Clear boxes is very odd looking.

I think it looks fine. Draws more attention to the statue itself.

I think the clear boxes are place holders for now. They are probably waiting for final approval from Marvel before they reveal what they will be.

Maybe the boxes and crates BW stands on are spoilers and GG had to put in placeholders?
