Sunday-Thursday about 6-7
Friday-Saturday about 7-8
7-8 is ideal, but I'm usually ok with 6-7

7ish....but I'm getting old and, like a grumpy old-man, I wake up once to pee. That throws my sleeping game off & I end up watching the boob or just unable to fall back to sleep.

6-6.5 on average all week. Weekends don't help, I usually just end up staying up later than during the week and then don't sleep in.

I average about 6 a night.
7-8 is optimal for adults. Anything less or more is actually harmful, unless your part of the 5% of the population that has a genetic advantage that allows you to do fine with just 4 hours a night.

Wow that is severe! I had problems staying asleep for the first 30 years of my life, none of the good sleep hygiene tricks were working for me. Then I came across a rat study about the health benefits of daily fasting (12 hrs a day, for me that means no food or water after 8pm until 8am the next day) and I happened to go vegetarian around the same time and surprisingly my sleep problems disappeared. I don't know which of the two lifestyle changes did it or if it's a combination.
